Brownfields was born with climate change,
with the certainty that we could no longer build as before.
Today we are proud to be the only real estate operator with negative artificialization in France.
We only work on obsolete or polluted sites which we renature, by designing balanced real estate projects.
This commitment against land artificialization has already allowed us to preserve more than 943 hectares of natural spaces in 10 years.
But our positive environmental impact goes beyond site restoration. We also aim to be exemplary in decontamination and material recycling. Since our inception, we have recycled 49,000 tons of scrap metal and 456,000 tons of concrete.
We design real estate projects that are useful for the city, which contribute to making it more sustainable, resilient and productive.
To achieve this, we are designing inclusive programs for all residents, whether in managed residences, social housing, or open-market housing. We are developing business parks that meet these environmental and societal requirements while creating local jobs.
Finally, for each major project, we aim to deliver major urban innovation that responds to societal changes in the city.
And, because we believe in the strong added value of our projects, because we want them to fully contribute to the regeneration of cities, we do not hesitate to invest in them over the long term through real estate companies, alongside institutional investors who share our values.
