Our story began in 1999 when Nicolas Gagneux founded Compagnie Lyonnaise Immobiliere. Three years later, he created his first marketing agency: 6e Sens Immobilier. This was followed by the creation of the holding company in 2005 and several subsidiaries dedicated to residential development (in 2006), tertiary development and redevelopment (in 2012), tertiary development and development in Paris (in 2016), and finally a subsidiary specializing in retail and offices in downtown Lyon in 2018.

The group has continued to grow and now has over sixty employees. Despite its growing business, the company has always maintained a start-up spirit and strives to consistently prioritize people. Its know-how and industry expertise make 6e Sens Immobilier a key player in the French real estate landscape.
