Network 1 is a Project of approximately 20,000 m² located in Bagneux, an area known for its current profound urban transformation. Developed by CODIC and NEXITY, and designed by BRENAC & GONZALEZ & ASSOCIES, this office building complex offers large, bright floors, protected by facades, including large
linear with architectural outlines. Network 1 is also the first stage of this development, with in the years that follow Network 2 which will complete the office offering in this sector. ROM acts as AMO on the transaction on behalf of the investor.
A facade with a thousand facets
One of the subjects that most marks this Project is the facade and this geometry, made up of a succession of frames whose colorimetry and material make the visual impact vibrate. The eye is caught, as we pass by the building.
Technical challenges, a constant presence
ROM supported the Client from the identification of the Project, in particular by working on the instructions in order to obtain staff in accordance with the current challenges of the market. The follow-up was done on a weekly basis, making it possible to better control the progress and respect the commitments of the different parties.
