Le Plaine Monceau is the perfect combination of a sought-after geographical position and a high standard of quality renovation. But it is also a challenge, because the entire renovation project, both the common areas and most of the apartments, aims to restore these three buildings to their nobility in a context of an occupied environment. Facing this exercise, requiring rigor, expertise and mastery,
FINANCIERE SAINT JAMES has entrusted ROM with the MOEx and OPC missions to take over and complete the ongoing project. ROM has put in place the methodologies, established the schedules taking into account the multitude of works affected (parking lots, halls, stairs, apartments and roofs), established the modification plans and monitored the daily execution in order to deliver this real estate project.

The 3 buildings of the Le Plaine Monceau Project have similar characteristics: luxury Haussmannian apartments, with beautiful volumes and impeccable finishes (moldings, fireplaces, period parquet). Particular care was taken in the architectural services to highlight the apartments.
Control of a site in an occupied environment
The particularity of this Project also lies in the interweaving of the works to be carried out in a context of an occupied environment. As the work takes place on the roof, on the floors and in the common areas, ROM orchestrates and organizes the various stages of the site in order to limit nuisance for neighbourhood.
