Operation Saint Augustin is part of a complex part of the Parisian urban area, combining historical issues and the business community. The design of the project was done by STUDIO VINCENT ESCHALIER which is specialized in impressive and avant-gardist architectural designs. For this project, ROM was responsible for the design and execution of this 1,700-m² renovation project,
offering a neat architecture at the service of the user. Composed of seven levels, the human-sized apartment building allows tenants to live the experience of 1 bis rue Saint-Augustin in the best conditions.
A bias : black & white
The interior architectural choice of black & white, with a solid clean line, emphasizes the frames and windows of the facades, making it possible to homogenize the whole building and to deliver high-end services to the occupants.
Short deadlines to deliver the project
The realization of this extensive renovation was driven by qualitative technical and architectural choices impacting all the lots. Beyond these markers, the difficult schedule was maintained in order to deliver the building within the deadline desired by the Client.
