15 Passage Hébrard is a housing operation designed and built by ROM. Small architect’s work in R + 5 in the heart of Paris, this building neatly fits into its nearby urban landscape and offers luxury apartments, from small areas to intermediate areas.

Particular attention has been paid to the work on the facades, making it possible to liven up the street and easily identify the building in the surroundings.
The upper levels have small private terraces, allowing to enjoy the Parisian roofs.

BROWNFIELD

A delicate work on a small plot

One of the greatest difficulties of the Project was to build it without a crane, on a very small property in which the ROM teams had to combine the needs of the site facilities and the construction itself.

Above all, an architect’s project

For the Project to be successful, ROM teams supported the architect throughout the design phase, requiring many back and forth between the Paris City Hall and the Contracting Authority, with one goal always in mind : produce the most beautiful work while respecting the economic parameters of the Contracting Authority as well as the urban planning needs of the City.
