Espace Montigny is a strong marker of the partnership between LBO FRANCE and ROM. Partnership started in 2005 with 116 bis Avenue des Champs Elysées and has continued since on numerous projects.
Espace Montigny is a succession of missions for ROM. First an acquisition audit, then a mission
of Delegated Contracting Authority to completely renovate it, and finally, since 2009, a technical management mission. The technical management of this real estate complex consists of the management of technical tasks, the management of tenant relations for the technical part as well as the monitoring and compliance with regulatory obligations.

A vast site
This site stands out from other assets by its size. With almost 35,000 m² divided into three buildings (“Eole”, “Thémis” and the RIE), and various surface types, the technical management of this building complex is a challenge that ROM teams successfully meet every day.
Multiple contacts
Beyond its size, the level of technical services must constantly reach a maximum level of performance for this multi-tenant site. Monitoring and proximity to users are therefore two key factors in the management of this site.
